The intermittent fasting and severely limiting calories is extremely ‘ popular ‘ but I like how you said that discipline needs to be transferred to the portion control and eating high quality food , plus more essentials of course . Keep spreading the word , thank you ! 👏🌿

    These bloodwork videos are very useful, in the UK we use mmol/l, so I will need to learn the conversion to understand fully.
    Like many we need to go to a lab and Dr`s are not forthcoming with regular tests.

If one follows faith sure, but due to the amount of work and education, students and professional careers people go through I highly doubt People can get low stress life. Other than having low stress life, My way of low stress is do work as normal and What you can and later on focused on hobbies that are useful like fixing something, reading and farming or if none the above just help people in general that have problems and solve them and finally take notes on notebook whatever you find interesting.👍

    • @gsica2097
      @gsica2097 4 месяца назад +8

      It’s not that simple. It’s a holistic endeavour. Eat well, sleep well, exercise, no stress. Easier said than done, but there are no shortcuts. What is your main struggle? Is it food, exercising, motivation, don’t know where to start …?

    • @Kinesiology411

      I have found that the above advice is perfect, but sometimes if the metabolic damage is severe, exercise must wait because even mild forms will raise cortisol and create more stress than is beneficial. It takes time, patience, lots of self care and prioritising the healing.

One thing I’ve noticed since switching to animal based however is that I’ve gotten two separate staph infections about two months apart and it’s limited my time on the mats. Is there any way I can protect against staph metabolically?Thanks again

      Antidotally, what we are seeing is when you switch to animal based lifestyle, your body goes through waves of healing in the form of ‘Oxalate dumping’ Or called keto flu;
      During these times your immune system is lowered as it tries to rejuvenate along with the rest of your body’s systems.
      You can catch more infections etc. hope this helps.
