I made this on Thursday! You didn’t reduce your chicken stock too much. It’s because store bought stock doesn’t have gelatin in it due to the heating process they use. So it is really salty when reduced

Technically, I’d say that this mustard is not Dijon. The French call it « Moutarde de Meaux » and not « Moutarde de Dijon ». It keeps the mustard grains intact and has a different flavour altogether.

Lisa you are a great person but you got a long journey in your culinary journey. Best of luck! Cooking should come from the heart. Recipes online are great and all but why not experiment for yourself! It would be a lot of fun. I know you have some videos somewhat like this but try it out.
