My problem is I wear contact lenses and when I line up the putt the line on the ball is going exactly where I want, but when I stand over the ball the line always looks as if it is going left. I have to convince my brain that it is aligned properly and not adjust my stroke to compensate. I think Nick Faldo had the same problem.
I have the same problem it will be your head is titled to the right. Set up and then pull left ear back towards your neck. Search for Pro Aim putting glasses, they really help as a training aid!
