I am SO SICK of historians using the present tense to describe the past. They even confuse THEMSELVES when they do it. It's pretentious and ridiculous.
Pretty good except for the interjection of present day woke agenda, to a excess degree, when the topic of that era's treatment of Women and Black people. All this woke virtue signalling that is infesting every thing that is coming out today is getting BOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIINNNNNGGG.
