in reality the octa is marginally more powerful but the snapdragon is the way to go if you have the choice and the reasons... 1. Its available on more phones hence games are better optimized 2. With Europe and US getting snapdragon Samsung focuses on it for updates, the exynos always gets a fix a bit (read weeks) later 3. for the same reason above there's a lot more development on the Snapdragon variant, so if you want to root and flash custom roms (even later in the life cycle) its better :)

seems to be a software issue... you could try doing a factory wipe, if it persists, turn off - then vol up + home + power , once u see note 3 displayed, let the keys go and u ll be in android system recovery, wipe factory and cache from there and it should be fixed, if it still persists, watch my unbrick/unroot note 2 (yes i mean note 2 its not a typo) video and follow it to flash software manually (will not affect your warranty)
m8 till the note 3 came out... despite having almost every major phone launched since the note 2 came out, I still carry the note 2 when I go away (as in spend a few days elsewhere) that was my go to device despite owning phones like the s4, one, xperia z, nexus 4, lumia 920... is the note 3 faster? s... it was bound to happen, does that make the note 2 a slow device, nope not by a long shot, the note 2 has atleast a year and a half left in the tank (if not more... my gf still loves her note 1)

search for multipicture live wallpaper (free app) on the playstore... that will let you have individual wallpapers per screen... tap any icon from the app drawer and drag to the screen... thats all :)

Do you think you could do a video explaining how to customize the individual screens to include backgrounds and how to customize the displays using your favorite apps. Coming from a lifetime of iPhones i never was able to customize very much if at all and now it's almost information overload with all the customizable features. Once again, Great Work on your videos
