Haha that is awesome man.... simple and I do it with my PC...I use an underscore to put something in front but for some reason Ive never tried that on my phones...I guess its one of the simple things that you overlook until someone points it out and you my friend have helped me more than you realize... thanks :)

The voice dictation feature is understated in the reviews. The 5 minute periods are perfect for medical professionals. The sound balance amazingly improves the sound quality. Didn't expect custom sound to be so great.

I'm happy to see that most of lag that normally comes with touchwiz is gone as that was my biggest problem with Samsung phones. I really need a device with a beefy battery that is removable and that has external storage. Thanks for all that very informative videos as they really help me in making my decision.
Is there any way I can reopen the 'edit wake up commands'? I didn't know to set them up when I first got my phone, and now the option is no longer there... Apart from 'Hi Galaxy', I have no other wake up commands. Please help! Thanks in advance...

1. There's no other phone that comes close in battery life.. if this struggles for you, then so will anything else in the market to day...
2. Does your mac have a USB 3.0 port? As far as wall adapter goes, It is definitely faster for me... defective unit?
do u know why my note 3 doesn't have several options in the lock screen area such as 'shortcut', 'multiple widgets', 'ink effects' and 'wake-up in lock screen' like what u showed in the video?? is there something wrong with my note 3??

nope nothing wrong with your note 3, just disable the passcode/pattern and you can see all those enabled :)

Buddy I totally understand... when I edited the video the first runtime was 63 mins... cut, cut.. then cut some more... even now 2 parts, total 35 mins, watch any tut video of mine... am very slow... samsungs packed this phone with features and I really couldnt slow down anymore (most of the places where am fast were cut in post processing) and keep the video less than 40 mins... watch my root apps video... I spent 5 mins talking about an app in detail... read the comments... so much hate :(
I think the Samsung note series is not gonna last in coming years!

buddy this is my problem, my living room is tiny... to shoot this, i need to leave the door open and position the tripod in the doorway... that means the room doesnt get cooler even tho the air con is on... as i get more comfortable with the intros, should take me shorter to shoot (right now its at 30 mins of shoot for 1 min of video... yup I mess up that much :D)... will keep improving :)

Yesterday I was at a Samsung show room, I asked the promoter to show me a couple of features of the Note 3,... even he was still learning to use the device.
Great quality (the faux leather feels better than you'd think) and interesting device, but a rather steep learning curve.

Am an android guy but ive been hearing gr8 things about the iphone... in india grey market price is 1.3 lacs for 5s gold so decided not to get it till launch... last iphone i used was the 3g... will get the 5c tomorrow... and ask me after that review... but basically its apples to oranges (or android lol) ones a big phablet anothers a tiny smartphone... ud be better off deciding what size you want b4 looking into the os
I have owned the GS2 & 3 and just opened my Note 3...I will say that the Note series is by far the best overall device by Samsung. Absolutely amazing. GS4 is good too as it does some things that the note does, but it's not the same. And honestly, I could recommend other devices at the same size over it depending on user. But if you're looking for a huge screen, the Note is ALWAYS king.
Just got the Note 3 I use to have the samsung s4 and let me tell you it is a big difference to say the least. I love everything about the note 3. Glad I made the switch.
One thought: It's not a great idea to push the home button with the S-Pen, as you do; the new one that comes with Note 3 has softer tips with a little more "drag" for a natural feel on the screen, more like a pencil or pen on paper, thus the extra tips and tweezers that come with the device. As great as it is to have the capacitive buttons working with S-Pen, they left out the Home screen gesture from Note 2, requiring a switch to finger. MAJOR oversight Uncle Sammy!

People have been having some problems that I just figured it out.
The multiple widgets option isn't available if you have any sort of lock screen security because it will be able to access those apps without a password.
So if you have a pattern or signature or code, the option won't be available.
The ripple, ink effect and also wake up command won't be available either if you have any thing other than swipe to open activated.
Thumbs this up so that others with these problems can see.

I love my note3 ..just got it last week ...I made sure I played with it before I loaded kitkat ( 4.4.2) ..and damn once I loaded that update the phone went from amazing to perfect ...the speed of this phone is unreal

2 reasons bro...
1. tons of new devices... so a lot to do with these... 3 more phones on the way now...
2. custom roms and tuts mean a lot of after video support needs to be provided, just not able to find the time to do that...
Never say never but rooting and custom roms are not on top of the todo list right now

You give such good information. The problem I'm having is I can't find half of what you're explaining on my Galaxy Note 3. The shortcut widgets on the lock screen nor the features you've explained about the s pen. Are there different Galaxy Note 3 phones on the market?
I've had the att Note 3 and lg g2 for a while and unlike me for some reason I've kept them both stock. I've decided to sell my g2 and keep note 3. I really wanted the g2. But Samsung won me over. I guess I like the size screen for texting. Plus the features. However I just wanted to tell you your doing a very good job. Very calm demeanor and that's rare. I too make reviews. But since I've killed my gear a long while back i'm just enjoying the others. You've got this bro. Thank you.
