One minor detail I'd like to point out is that they never fought Solaris at the same time, Shadow was in the past, Silver was in the future, and Sonic in the present.
Personally, I interpret this to mean that Shadow and Silver have already dealt with Solaris' past and future and were trying to help Sonic deal with the present Solaris, which has been strengthened by the loss of two selves.
I think its more that they're all perceiving time in its totality at the same time, so even though each is fighting an aspect of Solaris(past, present and future) we and them perceive them as fighting together at the same time

Is proof enough that Sonic does get stronger over time. Heck, he went from getting whooped by Infinite during their first encounter with each other and then just getting freed from Eggman's prison (been locked away for months mind you and still looked over all healthy when we see him again) to straight up beating a Phantom Zavok that Infinite created and right after getting freed to boot. Sonic then beat Infinite in their second encounter, with Infinite saying "Impossible, you somehow surpassed your previous data." Or something among those lines.

Very good animation. But I do wish it was Solaris Phase 2 theme at the end. Or at least Find your flame. Don’t get me wrong, Undefeatable is a good song, but I prefer the original his word version or the other Sonic Frontiers boss song that is my favorite in the game.

Yes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Until Sonic destroys Solaris' Core and (most of) everything returns to how it was before the events of 06. The only thing that differs is that Sonic has complete recollection of everything that happened, while everyone does not.
