Han Jisung is good at everything. People sometimes call him the aces of aces. He sings, raps and dances beautifully. He takes a lot of the high notes in the songs. You should hear "Hellevator" their pre-debut song. They were still 9 back then and had not debuted yet, that was before Woojin left the group. (No one truly knows why he left. It was personal reasons but many Stays are divided on how they feel about him.) I recommend watching Hellevator because JYP basically told Stray Kids that the song had some notes that were too high and in "the female key"... basically telling them to change it lower. Instead, they had their RAPPER sing the note and hit it flawlessly. It was such a powerful moment to show JYP that he didn't need to underestimate them.

Stray Kids are such an amazing group and have some of the best music (in my opinion). You mentioned really liking dances - they have dance practice videos for a lot of their music. The dance practice for Maniac is on their RUclips channel. They even do funny versions of their dance practice where they will dress up like zombies or vampires and just have a good time.
Another title song I'd recommend is Thunderous M/V and that song's dance practice. Domino is another great song (it doesn't have a full M/V) but it does have a dance practice that is insane. And for more Lee Know center, I'd recommend Easy M/V and dance practice. The fandom calls Easy Lee Know's song.
For other songs that don't have dance practices but really cool M/Vs in the Oddinary album, I'd recommend Freeze and Venom (warning that venom contains a CGI mechanical spider). Their newest album, Maxident, which Case 143 is in, also has some amazing M/Vs. I really like Give Me Your TMI and Chill.
Honestly, you can't go wrong listening to Stray Kids - I feel like they are always coming up with new and creative concepts, they really have a wide range of styles (even their "softer" music is incredibly powerful - Secret Secret and Another Day break my heart every time I hear them). Yea so stray kids have this storyline that goes through their mvs it's very complicated and something I really cannot explain because I'm not 100% sure on anything myself, not necessarily all of their mvs have a storyline but quite a few do, some mvs honestly have their own storyline. The Oddinary album was really big on storyline, manaic is the title track for oddinary, the trailer for the album was basically a short thriller movie and the 2 trailers for the mv gave inception vibes.
In second maniac part.. actually Hyunjin was singing ,but his voice was overlapped with Felix's voice..

Yes, they are self produced. 99.9% actually. The only song that they weren't completely the masterminds of, is their first Japanese track "All In" the founder and ex CEO of their company, JYP, wrote it for them as a gift. He wrote the lyrics but they ended up producing it so they have those credits. However they have since refused any further gifts. They want their music to be their music. 3RACHA takes a lot of pride in their creating process.
Fun Fact, with regard to their company, Stray kids was seen as a risky experiment on their behalf. A highly experimental, completely self-producing boy group with a heavy lean in the direction of Rap and hip-hop, but who planned to never settle into any particular sound. (Eventually collecting an insane of 40+ genres over the curse of their now 160+ tracks that they have created. Not including tracks that 3RACHA made for other artists, or collaborations for other artists albums.)
So in the beginning, the company didn't put nearly as much money into them as they do now. In fact they really didn't put anything into them. If they wanted to make it on their own, they would truly have to make it on their own. So they had little to no promotion outside their debut reality show they did. They are 100% responsible for their success and absolutely nothing was handed to them. They have become one of the top 3 best selling, and most famous K-POP groups in the world. All with their own ability. They won a massive competition show that really helped, called "Kingdom Legendary War" a year and a half ago which really sent them skyrocketing to fame. It was a brutal show. But their stages and performances were unbelievable. It's what helped them become the top of the game on stages and stage presence. They were also the VERY FIRST kpop group to self-form.
It started with 3RACHA, who had been together for a year already, making music as an underground (not signed) hip-hop rap trio. Then the company asked BangChan to pick the rest of his members, and just let them know when he was ready to present the group to the company. Which was the purpose of their reality program, to see the group and make sure they were all prepared for their debut. After all, the company really had no other way of doing so. Lol Not to mention they knew almost nothing but them. In fact, they knew so little, that BangChan also named the group himselg. The Story Kids logo is even in his very own handwriting. BangChan and his 7 Stray Kids are by far the most talented human beings I have ever had the pleasure of fangirling over in my life. Which is truly saying something... Because I work as a ghostwriter/lyricist in the music industry. Lol
Hii! i'm glad you like them, stray kids hits different, just to let you know, their mv's haven subtitles so you can read the lyrics in the mv if you want to. One thing about stray kids is that they can do everything literally. All 8 sing, rap and dance, although Han is a main rapper he's SO good at high notes and normal vocals too, if you want to see that i recommend you for example phobia and neverending story (the live performance). I don't know if u know this yet but they have like a 3 subunits, 3racha (Chan the leader of skz, changbin and Han) they created this subunit in predebut even before skz were formed, they're the producing, writing,composing and like rapping team but chan in skz mostly sings, danceracha (lee know the leader on the dance aspect and main dancer, Hyunjin and felix the one with the deep voice of skz) they help in the choreography and also made choreos and then vocalracha (seungmin and I.n (jeongin) he's the maknae (the youngest)) they obv sing but there's songs where they rap too. i'm excited for you to see more of them, you won't be disappointed. They're really talented but also amazing people i don't want this world to hurt them
Their M/Vs (at least all the ones since God's Menu) have "the making of" videos to go with them. They are interesting as well as entertaining. The dance practice videos are great, and the dance relay videos are a lot of fun.
Some, if not all, of their albums also have intro videos that are informative about their lyrics and concepts. We are a very spoiled fandom when it comes to content! :)
Felix, Lee Know, and Hyunjin are the members of the Danceracha unit. Their dancing to their latest song, Taste, unfortunately can only be seen through fan cams from their concert.
Hyunjin has three solo dance videos. When the Party is Over and Playing with Fire were choreographed by Hyunjin himself. His Studio Choom October 2021 Artist of the Month is mesmerizing. Hyunjin kept a vlog during the making of it, which shows how much effort and dedication he put into making it.
By the way, in addition to subtitles on all the M/Vs, there are colored lyrics available for many of their songs, but many of them have added music at the end that it's not theirs. Some people get confused by that.

@@rebeccavillebro2718 Danceracha is one of the sub-units of SKZ. The racha part is a word play from a hot sauce, Sriracha.
3Racha is their producing unit. It was named by the three members of it: Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han. It is also the official rap unit with several songs just the three of them. Changbin and Han are two of the fastest rappers in K-Pop.
Although SKZ is known for not having any designated positions like main dancer or main vocal because all the members can do it all, there are some that are considered better at one thing or another. Like Lee Know, Felix, and Hyunjin are considered the best dancers so Stays (the fans) affectionately named them Danceracha and SKZ adopted the name. (It's what I read somewhere so, if anyone knows a different story, feel free to correct me)
The same way, Seungmin and I.N are Vocalracha.
Seungmin is the one that you asked if the high note was by him. Yes. He also has two solo songs that are part of the OST of a couple of popular recent K-Dramas.
But don't let the designations mislead you. You'll find that they are all good at everything.
@@rebeccavillebro2718 I recommend, since we are at that time of the year, that you watch the M/Vs that came out around Christmas last year. The funny one, Christmas Evel, and the sweet one dedicated to Stays (the fandom) 24 to 25, and Winter Falls which is not really about Christmas but it's a beautiful song. The last two songs showcase how good ALL their voices are.

Okay... Last comment... I recommend all 3 of the songs on the channel called The First Take. I believe in order it is Slump, Oh and then Scars. All 3 do have Stray Kids music videos for them, but I really love the vocals we get with First Take. They basically give you one chance to sing and that's what they post. That's it, no retakes. Stray Kids were the first Korean group to be on the Japanese show (singing in Japanese for Slump). Then later became the first Koreans to get to sing in Korean on the channel. Honestly, both the versions are worth watching.

That video had subtitles in English. I was yelling at the screen trying to help you turn them on the whole time. Wish I could send you telepathy!! Since it is Christmas time... I recommed that you watch Winter Falls, 24 to 25 and Christmas Evel. That is my preferred play order because each song has such different vibes. All 3 of those songs are on my year round playlist, they are not just "holiday" songs.
This was the song that started it for me. It was from a Tik Tok of a person reacting to Felix's voice. So after watching the Tik Tok I went to watch the video and the rest is history. I haven't found a song, (and they have ALOT), that I didn't like. You want deep for Felix? Watch the Victory Song performance video. Han is an all rounder with insane rapping and vocals.

Not gonna lie...I also missed a lot of things when I 1st watched the MV. In my opinion, this was their best comeback song this year. This is a song from their album 'Oddinary'.
