Back Door is a continuation of God's Menu. It was teased at the end of God's Menu too. The song is basically saying that they are inviting you in to their party- all you have to do is ask and you can be authorized personnel (Stays), even giving us the password "Open Sesame" to get in. There is nothing specifically spicy about the song or lyrics... That's just the boys that seem to make it that way. 🤣But, we have all been there! But... If you are looking for spicy... "Wow" by DanceRacha performed live, "Taste" performed live, "Red Lights" MV AND the OT8 versions and "Drive" (a song that they insist is only about driving a motorcycle)
I was casually listening to SKZ since hellavator but it was during Backdoor era that I truly became a stay. My biases are Felix and Hyunjin and wrecker is Han
LOL! You're not the first one to read a sexy meaning in this song. I think it's more innocent than that. Their previous album (Go Live) had God's Menu on it and that was their first big hit. I think this song just celebrates that and means exactly what it says. Party time! We've arrived kind of thing. That scene that you pointed out looked like a famous panting (Creation of Adam by Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel) I believe is a reference to God's Menu.
@@rebeccavillebro2718 Believe me, you're not the only one, but VIPs, artists, etc., enter venues through a separate entrance or "back door." I believe (and that's my own interpretation) that they are saying that they have achieved that level.
You are the first person who has pointed out the painting recreation in their reaction, and I've watched so many! I defenitly think it was intentional. Love your reactions!
Don't be embarrassing, they always know, what they do. It's a party, no, the party with fandom, with stay, all in, direct to the line of concept. This song rock me first time, so same
You thought Back door was sexy?? Try listening to Red lights, Drive, and Taste 😳 but I must warn you, be prepared!! 😬🥵😵💫🥴 don´t do it alone in case you need help!! 😜🤣🤣🤣 Taste doesn´t have an official MV but there is a video of their concert. You can watch them with the choreo and then read the lyrics (or vice-versa). Good luck girl!! 🥰 I hope you react to those, I´ll be looking forward to your reactions!! 😚
Haha Back Door is really just about letting loose and joining their party, but yeah the lyrics are a bit... misleading? :D If you want some double meanings you should listen to Red Lights and Drive!
Just thought I would recommend you check out some of 3racha's stuff too. 3rach is Bang Chan, Changbin and Han of Stray Kids (if you did not know). They have a lot of great stuff, too. You have to mainly do color-coded lyrics for that, though.
As always your reaction has been very funny hahahaha and yes it can be quite explicit the song. But.... if that seems explicit to you, you should react to "Red lights" which only features Hyunjin and Bang Chan, I promise you'll understand why Hyunjin is the visual of the group and well, better not to say anything about Bang Chan hahaha. That song is on their album "NOEASY" which I recommend you to listen to, it's definitely one of my favourites. Keep it up, you're doing great😊💪🏻
I thought that at first too thinking this song is a bit dirtier than it really is. Though they probably made it seem like that on purpose 😂 This song is such a vibe and party song oml I’m glad you liked it, thank you for this reaction!
Oh now I can't wait to see your reaction to WOW (by DANCERACHA not 3RACHA, although the one by 3RACHA is iconic, its from predebut Chan [19], Changbin [17], and Han [16]) Red Lights, Drive, and Taste 🤭
Yes, 4:00 is them recreating Michelangelo's "The Creation of Adam" fresco from the Sistine Chapel. Others have already clarified that, yeah, your mind is skewing toward an adult-content meaning that isn't actually in the song (understandable, but inaccurate in this instance). If you watch the choreo, you'll see that it's highlighted with knocking on doors and going through doorways and whatnot -- so using literal doors, as opposed to the 18+ "back door" euphemism. Reading the lyrics without the visual overwhelm of the video might also help make the real meaning clearer. Danceracha's "Wow" was the first time SKZ really even dipped their toes toward s3xual innuendo, and it's pretty mild. (Nobody insert 3RACHA's "WOW" here -- that was tiny teenage rapper babies posturing, and even so, it's quite mild.) "Drive" and "Taste" are the ones that finally actually dipped over into the adult side, with Drive coming in 2021 and Taste in 2022. "Red Lights" is blatantly homoerotic in the _video,_ the track sounds sultry, and the lyrics could be interpreted in an adult manner, but it's not actually an overtly s3xual song, since the core meaning is based on their obsessive devotion to their work (which actually is shown in the lyrics, with mentions of things like the mic, but people get understandably distracted by the other audio and visual elements). Anyway, Back Door was in 2020, shortly after their sudden boost in attention from God's Menu. They hadn't started teasing with adult innuendo yet. It's genuinely not a s3xual song; the lyrics mean what they say, and the video elements (like the huge crowd cheering and dancing, and the enormous banner rolling out for SKZ) back up the meaning. Also, it's SKZ -- no matter how grown they get, I can't imagine them ever actually making a song about ana1 s3x; it would be boringly, humorlessly crass in terms of the cleverness they like to use with lyrical wordplay and hidden meanings. (And to be clear, I'm not saying that particular activity -- or talking about it in art or elsewhere -- is crass. If my fellow yt strangers knew the specifics of my life's vocation, they'd understand why judging any consensual, adult s3xual activity is the last thing I could or would do. Just saying that blatantly singing about taking/giving it up the a$$ wouldn't fit with SKZ's style _or_ the restrictions of their company.)
Must watch Red lights

Makes alot more sense hahaha
@@rebeccavillebro2718 the song is an open invitation to the fan base... basically their saying the back door is always open and all stays are welcome

Awww thank you for your comment. I think it's one of those this, where either you see it first hand, or you don't 🤣

LOL, it’s you, but nobody’s judging. I am enjoying your reactions. The painting you were thinking of is the Creation Of Adam (God creating Adam).
Hahaha at least your not judging me 🤣🤣
IM HERE!! 3 hours late but i’m here 😊😊
