    Seen him in concert a few times. His singing is magic. So is his personality. He loves interacting with his audience. Makes us all love him more. He is a very kind, very nice person, might I add.
    Wishing him well in his recovery.💗

    I never get tired of this song, and this is one of the best performances of it. Pay very close attention to the mic stand throw and catch..the one before he throws it to stage left. He twirls it up in the air, and catches it ...ON THE BEAT!!

There are many of John's songs on YT video. Most of John's songs deliver a message. Some of these are - 'Age of Reason', 'In Days To Come', 'See the Banners Fall', 'Beyond The Call Of Love', 'Help". Always watch John LIVE in concert performance where his Soul shines. Please enjoy some more. We'll be watching.

    Loved Farnsey for years. Incredible power, and expression emanates from his entire being. Look at how far away he holds the mic, and yet still he is as powerful as ever. Gorgeous on the outside with a sexy charisma, and a beautiful person inside, he is right up there in that rarified air with Floor Jansen (Nightwish), and Freddie Mercury (Queen). Subbed for more Farnsy! Go for it! Get well John! 💕 Not sure if I remember correctly ... but I think it was that the studio version was completely synthesised apart from the bagpiper ... I have a memory of an interview where Farnsy said he was the only real musician on the album and they forgot to credit him. 🤩He is also known for his mIc stand throwing and microphone tricks ... they don't always pan out, but nobody cares ... he loves what he does and we love him!

First time viewing your channel. I've subscribed. Will now look for your reactions to other Farnsey songs. I'm hoping to find John's cover of AC/DCs It's a Long Way to the Top. John is a Aussie legend that's why they call him 'The Voice' and to be honest we over here in New Zealand call him that as well. Kiwis love him just as much as the Australians. He can sing any genre, has an epic range from low to really high and can bring in a bit of grit when he needs to. This song is referred as the unofficial Australian Anthem, it's so well liked. Also John loves performing live he really likes interacting with his fans, bending down shaking hands all while belting out those high notes.
    Songs you will like are 'When The War Is Over' ruclips.net/video/BekbvlLzMWc/видео.html 'Help' ruclips.net/video/dv54giOSRKs/видео.html 'That's Freedom' ruclips.net/video/JWjtlMBl3Xo/видео.html 'Two Strong Hearts' ruclips.net/video/tqaMHMooiEU/видео.html 'It's A Long Way To The Top' ruclips.net/video/bfmRQUTRaHc/видео.html.
    Also he does a song with another Australian icon Jimmy Barnes this one is called 'Something Is Wrong With My Baby' ruclips.net/video/ihsfx1LuoKc/видео.html. Well that should keep you busy listening to in my opinion the best singer ever.

  • @xymonau2468
    @xymonau2468 Год назад

    Actually, he does that with the mike stand in every show at that point. The staging is designed to reach a climax like that. It's far more controlled than you think. But the fact that it feels so spontaneous is a tribute to his professionalism. He is such a likeable person, and that shows in his concerts. You never mentioned his amazing voice. He is known in Australia as "the voice" because he can sing anything. And brilliantly. Defining him as born in England misses the point that he is a naturalised Australian citizen and identifies as Australian. Dami Im's performance of the Sound of Silence (not the Simon and Garfunkle song) in the Eurovision song contest is worth seeing as well. She should have won it.
