Lee Jung Jae is one of those actors who can eat up the screen just by his acting prowess, even though he isn't very confident in real life. He has a global audience, who appreciate his work. Kudos to you on all your achievements and good luck for your future projects 👏.
It was a bad decision to join the acolyte, cause nobody told him how much woketard nonsense is hated now for all the right reasons. The moment he saw the names of the chicks who wrote that stuff, he should have run. People are ripping this show apart and they are right. It couldnt be more embarrassing. A talent like his is wasted in there.
Ain't no way! ....DAEBAK!! I saw the teaser and I'm so excited to watch this.
u guys, he's being far too humble. the man is a legend. he absolutely blew up from the start. no off days. had major acting chops from the get go, but was also the first sort of modern day sex symbol and fashion icon (before gd, etc.) his first drama, 모래시계 (sandglass) is a cultural masterpiece. so much so that jennie from blackpink was named after his character from that show, jae hee. i personally recognize him as someone who chased roles and never shied away from playing entirely different characters.
Woah. This is a MAJOR get for the Daebak show. Keep doing big things Eric, and congratulations on The Acolyte Lee Jung Jae!
Not many actors catch ones attention in a film like Mr. Lee Jung-Jae. He’s the type of actor you see in a film and immediately after you go search and watch other films he’s in. I am happy he is getting recognition internationally after having an amazing career in Korea. I hope to see him in many more films. 👏🏼
Eric’s ability to make people feel safe extends not only to his guests but to the viewer. Watching Daebak always makes me feel safe and cozy. Thanks Eric!

Lee Jung Jae seriously one of the best actors... I was amazed when I first saw him perform in assassination. he's smart because coming out here exposes him more to American speaking people and fans.

First of all, congratulations to Lee Jung-Jae on making it really big in the global market. I appreciated this interview. 'Chief of Staff' was my introduction to Lee Jung-Jae. That being said, as a non-Asian viewer, I was totally confused by 'Hunt,' to the extent I decided even watching it a second time would not help me decipher it. I have no idea what his vision was for this series.

Excuse me, you didn't have him do the outro jingle! Is JJ too big a star to subject to that particular ritual? Now you're lying when you say it's a tradition that you ask every guest to do it. 😋 It was a great interview otherwise, though. He's clearly very thoughtful and intentional about the projects he chooses & it was interesting to hear his thought processes. (And Eric's Korean sounded pretty good to my Kdrama-trained ears.)
