That bald person is Morph. He was there from the 1st episode of the original series. But they went with his comic book look from The Exiles.

Yeah I was 19 when the show ended I'm 45 now still going to watch it lol. I collected comics from 1989 to 2005 mostly all x-titles and the first few years of image. Given my mostly disappointment of x-men films over the last 2 decades a peak show like this coming back is cool. I think the cleaner animation is fine there was a lot of goof ups the original had people fail to remember but it was still the best x-men version. Morph might be called Changeling now not sure but it was the age of apocolypse alt morph because original morph died in the comics so maybe updated due to recognizability. All Voice actors came back except jubilee, she stepped aside to allow an asian american VA to do it,Bishop has had like 3 voice actors so that wasn't a surprise and the original Magneto VA died so he's new.

The quality is going to be as low as everything else Disney has made in recent years.
