He knows the character well himself since Remy is his favorite character as well.

I do not know them, I know people that know that. Now I know people that know Channing. Most likely the same with Beyonce. There is someone literally on a cast of SNL that's has Louisiana ties. All that that does not enhance my life. Just like when you need to make a deal so big, when you're final point was "We'll, someone probably moved", did not enhance yours. None of these people know us so calm down. I was just making a point like Oh that's why this man is really good at a local accent, just like that Shreveport comment in Disney's "The Princess & The Frog". Even though I'm 20 minutes outside New Orleans, we ALL know that accent. Had the same realization about Gambit's accent as someone that's 20 minutes outside New Orleans, because it's 2024 and we have communication, transportation & most importantly, family. I'm doing this in my freetime, so see you in your freetime. This is stupid to have to say all this because again, it's all Louisiana at the end of the day, but you have a great day! Remember, I think it's stupid, but you can have Channing, and we get Britney and Lil Wayne :) Literally the stupidest use of my time having to say all this Lol.

I could see him pop up in "Secret Wars" or something if they're still doing the multiverse thing. I could also maybe see his version of Gambit play a part in "What If...?". Channing has been in talks with having a Gambit solo movie since 2010. There was multiple rewrites of the script and directors quitting and being replaced. So when Disney bought Fox...it got scrapped. Kevin Feige was right that he couldn't fit Gambit or any of the X-Men until recently with Phase five with end credit scene in the Marvels. The X-Men movies are coming...it will most likely be in Phase 7. We are finally getting a Fantastic 4 movie and I'm sure Disney will do it right.
