Thank you, Juan. There's no app... there's nothing to download. Just go to www.OpenAirplane.com on any device, and it just works. You can get all the details on how OpenAirplane works here: pilots.openairplane.com/
Actually, this open airplane is a fairytale. Used to work at a busy flight school. Many out of town tourists wanted to rent via open airplane. In the end the person still has to do a airplane and local area familiarization checkout. No airplane fleet at other locations is the same, insurance requirements also require a checkout most times. Its far easier to rent the normal way. Show up or call ahead and schedule a checkout. No school just blindly hands over keys to an airplane, as a car rental place does!
Hey don't take just my word for it, "OpenAirplane says a checkout at just one FBO allows a pilot to rent airplanes from other FBOs across the country. We tried it-it works." - Aviation Consumer Magazine: www.aviationconsumer.com/issues/44_16/misc/OpenAirplane-Rent-While-Traveling_6722-1.html?page=2 ""We love OpenAirplane and fully support their mission to make flying more accessible to all pilots," - Jim Kwasek is the owner and chief pilot at Chicago Executive Flight School, in Wheeling, Illinois. Because that’s not the experience we designed. We’ve been making renting airplanes possible this way since 2013. Everything you saw here in this video is true, and every statement is valid. Great video!

Damn bro you throw up that open airplane text and then take it away as soon as you put it up…
That’s awesome! Does OpenAirplane have an App? What are the requirements and qualifications to rent?
Thank you, Juan.
