Nice, informative video. I had looked online numerous times for various products and finally decided to buy a POANG chair. I went to IKEA and was a little stunned that there were so many cars in the parking lot only a few minutes after opening. I went inside, up the escalator and wandered around looking for the chairs. After finding the chairs and deciding which frame and cushions I wanted I tried to find the location of the items. I followed the arrows on the floor and overhead signs but I still wasn’t sure if I headed in the right direction. I went down to the ground floor and continued through the maze but still unsure about the process. Finally I asked an employee and they pointed me to the warehouse, about 20 feet away. I was going in the right direction but only by accident. The employee was helpful but I have no doubt she thought I was an idiot. After finding a cart and the packages the process seems logical, but not clear even with the signs
I should have also mentioned! If you're shopping with kids, they will watch your children (certain height limits) in Småland for FREE! So much more entertaining for the kids to be playing than shopping! Be aware that they sometimes have wait times on Friday-Sunday hours. We went on a Thursday.
Follow the arrows LOL - which IKEA were you at? They should have blue bags for sale at the registers if people didn't bring any - I usually put small things in my purse and then just load up cart again
I went to the store in Schaumburg, Illinois. Does your store have arrows? I know this store is a little different. Thankfully we had bought some baskets, so we used those.
@@CreationCallsMe yes - all the stores should have the arrows - it's part of the IKEA concept - I work at the Centennial IKEA and have been to several of the new stores that have opened over the past 3 years
