In my city there is no OnePlus centre and today i got green line issue just after updating my phone (OnePlus 9) So how can i do the voucher process? Can i do that process online?

2 days back i replaced my 8T's display for the second time. It's good that they are replacing the displays for free but on the other hand the green line problem is not yet resolved. Why even new displays are getting the green line? For how long this will go 😔.

Also this hardware issue is fixed after the 10 series.
Apparantly the software updates increase the voltage to display and the displays used in those older phones couldn't handle the changes and broke. This mostly happened in india maybe because one plus used cheaper displays comparatively to international markets. (Is what i heard)
The latest one plus phones use BOE X1 display which is the best in the market and won't have any such issues.

Yes after 8 days I got free screen replacement , I have so far observed if you go to an authorised service center you will get screen replacement , so far as I observed at exclusive service centers still they are providing coupon option

@@azharabeer7201 At the time when I got the voucher, showing them bill copy was mandatory. By workaround I mean that policies change with time. It's possible that few rules might have changed. But you will be able to confirm this only from your nearby service centre.

I also have oneplus 9r with the same green line issue, I visited the service centre I thought they will provide with the phone exchange or voucher but they are saying that your screen will be replaced for the free of cost, I want to exchange the phone is there any way by chance to exchange it, my phone is in the perfect condition with no damage with bill and box

Hi Shubham, if you have invoice then you are eligible for getting this voucher. However, it's important that you have not got any work done from outside or posed any water damage to the mobile. About charger I am not sure because they did took the original charger and c type cable from us.

Hello, i visited service centre first on 1st June Saturday when they told me about voucher option and asked to take back up of data. Then I went again on 3rd June Monday as Sunday's it's closed.
I got the voucher on Tuesday morning itself on 4th. I m not sure how vouchers can be finished within 2-3 days.
For 11R 256gb varient how much extra we need to pay @@sonicsonia

Ive submitted my one plus 9r and choose 31k voucher I submitted my phone on july 17th its july 19 now not got the voucher yet
It should come in your mailbox within 48 hrs of submission. Have you checked spam folder in inbox as well?

That should not be an issue. They need correct mail id mainly. Did you receive any callback from their technical team regarding any issue with your phone? Any work done from outside or water damage

You should go again to service centre to check then. They would have given a form as evidence of phone submission.
