Yes ..but last time I had a crack so I had to pay for 1st replacement

But for me they said wait for 10 days . Oneplus 11r model no stock. They will call when it comes.

U may replace the back glass from a third party and later visit the store

Remember, they offered a free screen replacement first. That applies for the new phone he/she got as well. I happened to run into issues with the screen, and OnePlus replaced it with no questions asked, that's commendable.
