I would like to share about OnePlus brand!
So yes that true OnePlus is offering life time screen replacement and repair service but surprisingly tere are no screens or display available in the market so there's no use of the life time free service. On the other hand in the voucher as we can see on OnePlus 10r there is additional discount of 4500 is given. It's bcoz i thinks the sale of 10r is very poor bcoz 10r should be an upgrade of 9r but seems like 10r is a downgrade of 9r as well as 8t. Plus there is no alert slider in 10r which make it worst as OnePlus is known for the "OnePlus alert slider " thing! Camera optimization & quality is poor. And there are so much disadvantage of 10r that is the reason they have given extra 4500rs for discount on 10r.
Seriously OnePlus was a brand earlier now its just like oppo vivo realme.
So much disappointed!

Why OnePlus offers only in India? There is no problem in other Asian countries? If lining appears on the display of the phone while updating the software, it should be solved by the software itself. They said, service center team will do many checks such as resetting the phone to factory settings etc. Customer care team are not ready to accept the hardware problem. They asked me to visit the service center with my purchase invoice. I dont know how many days service center team will take to repair my phone. I decided to live with this green line for another year or until the phone gets more lines. Really fed up with this phone now. No plans to fix the screen. Planning to get rid of this phone after an year
