I would say that sometimes, it's actually an old supply, their old-time conspiratorial confidantes or best friends, who are also their sex buddies. We just didn't know that those were their supply concurrent with us.

I must say that after I was discarded, I was a shattered, heartbroken shell of myself. It took at least 4 months to pull myself together. I had been bullied in my junior high school years, and that wasn't as bad as this experience. Self-sufficient, beautiful, smart, and caring were my character traits. And when I started getting up, running, and ran my first 5K here comes the hoover. Just out of narcissist playbook. I wasn't getting sucked back in. 3 months post discard his married the new supply. Wishing them luck, she'll need it. Whirlwind romance will turn to a category 5 tsunami!!!

Yeah i cut him off 6 weeks ago. Don't think he has anyone else. No it was definitely his fault i cut him off and its staying that way, I know he would never apologise when he knows dam well what he did. Thanks Zion great video.

@AUniqueLook Any long term relationship with a Narcissist, is either an unawakened Empath, trauma bonded/Co-dependant or a Narcissist themselves. As Zion had said it is extremely unhealthy and very toxic. ❤

They don’t get over the “ main supply “. The one in long term relationship- or married the animal- if the narc didn’t marry you - they felt they didn’t have to- make no mistake marriage don’t mean nothing to them- it’s just gives them the false assurance they you won’t leave that easy.
But when you do - it’s destroys them to the core - regardless who they with- you got away !
Trust & believe at some point- they will circle back to you -
If they are truly narcissism they’ll be back-
But Why would you want them back -what’s hurt the narc forever is your absence & silence.. they only value & miss you when you leave them alone permanently 🎉
