    Thanks Paul, very clear. Clarified some ambiguities in the rulebook for me, thank you!

      Actually, saying that - there is one thing I'm only 90% sure on but would like to know for certain - player 1 takes as many turns as they want before player 2 starts taking their turns, correct? (I.e. It's not, player 1 takes one turn, player 2 takes one action, player 3 takes one action, then back to player 1 to take one action).

      @@nchlsrdmr Players take turns. On your turn, you do ALL of your actions. You don't really take multiple turns, just one turn, where you do everything.

    how many times can i activate cards?!?! the UI / UX is awful

    • @GamingRulesVideos
      @GamingRulesVideos  Год назад

      "Activating" a card is the process of moving it from below your board to above it. Therefore, each card can only be ACTIVATED once. Once it has been activated, it stays active for the whole game.
      If you mean "Using a card", you do this once per round. Place a windmill token on the card when you use it, and remove those tokens at the end of the round.

      @@GamingRulesVideos I mean taking an action with the cards, it didn't tell you which cards can be used multiple times and which can't. After lots of digging we eventually found the pdf that had the appendixes to be able to tell us about which cards can be used only 1 time during a turn.

      @@C0llinsW0rth. Apologies, I thought I explained this in the video. If a card lists a phase number, it can only be used once per round, and you put the windmill token on it to show it has been used. If a card has the infinity icon, it is a permanent ability and its effect can be used multiple times. Most of the cards in the game are only "once per round"

      @@GamingRulesVideos totes not your fault buddy, going thru the rules there were several phrases, diagrams and UX patterns that aren't great. I would say are confusing and bad tbh, it is a funish game in my opinion. But the rules are ambiguous in many spots.
      Thanks for responding!

      @@C0llinsW0rth. Trust me, I have my own personal thoughts on the phrasing and UX for this game. I've fed a lot of things back to the team about it :)
