    These looked delicious! Zucchini is such a wonderful vegetable. Savory or sweet it's lovely. It's also good in soup.

      @@StillwaterKitchen Me too. I make 'ugly soup' which has cabbage, zucchini and eggplant, lots of garlic, onions and vegetable broth. Sometimes I add Chinese snow fungus. I enjoy it but it is ugly. 😂

      @@StillwaterKitchen It has a lot of collagen. It's hard and white like coral when it's dried. It takes no time at all to soak and turn into something like a spongy flower. It's kind of gelatinous. You can buy it at Asian stores.
