I love this gadget! Ironically... when I got into steel tongue drums, I was looking at handpans. After I discovered how fragile they are and how difficult they are to transport... steel tongue drums started to look a lot more attractive (plus they're cheaper LOL). Anyway... I love the sound of a handpan but they are a chore to transport. This would certainly make it easier. Great find.
Absolutely! I still prefer my tongue drums since I work with kids so often, and it only takes one really hard hit to retune a pan 😩. But this definitely helps me feel more confident taking mine out to play!
