The Blackmagic 6k can record several resolutions from 6k to 1080P.

Hi. I stupidly chose exfat when I formatted my CFast card. I will be using a Mac for editing. I did take a couple quick test recordings. Can I reformat it to OS Extended?

I only got up to 7:21" on the video. When I first turned on the camera, it asked for language.. I pressed English, then the screen went blank. Pressing Menu got me to the setups, but out of the menu, the screen is blank. Taking off the lens cap, I see what is ahead of the camera, but none of the superimposed settings show up... only the picture ahead. So, I can't press things like iris, shutter, frame-rate, the minutes avaiable for card format, etc... they don't show up...
were you able to fix this?
I just got my BlackMagic PCC 6K, and was recommended the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens as a good all-around lens. Your video recommends the Canon 24-105 EF as a good all-around. Did I make a mistake. Can you tell me the difference. I'd like my first lens to truly be a great all-around lens. I can't buy two. Thanks.
No you didn't make a mistake. In fact Sigma 18-35 f1.8 gives better image when used with bmpcc 6k. I have both Canon 24-105 f4 and sigma 18-35 f1.8 which I use with my bmpcc 6k. Sigma gives much sharper and specially better results in low light or night time. Absolute delight to use this lens with this camera.
@@LiberalHindu But Canon 24-105 EF has IS. That is important for run&gun.
