They should just call those DIY Project Shoe Lot. So then you know what you’re getting yourself into.😮

Unrelated to my earlier comment bc I emailed them regarding a terrible box with different items - I got two of these shoe boxes and they were BAD. The damage on some makes them not even wearable. I’ll never order from them again given these boxes and the other I ordered at the same time which cost me $160 😵‍💫 they just aren’t an honest company in my opinion. They may make things right sometimes and send replacements but you shouldn’t have to be the one reaching out and they KNOW not everyone will take the time.

Yeah, the people running the company are the same that ruined Jomar, so they are going on strike two no. I stopped ordering from jomar and Helpsy, they not only increased the price so much in decent boxes like Everlane but the quality of the items second hand is disastrous. I have not ordered from them in at least a year and don’t think I will.

@@luxedoll166they replied to my email a few ago and are refunding my entire box (it was men’s clothing) but it’s such a hassle because I had already started listing the few “ok” things and I’ve got to send it all back. Like they want to pay for the literal garage to come back to them. Why? To put in someone else’s box who won’t complain 😫 I had the WORST experience with Jomar then Kosei and this is just the same. I’ve ordered 3 times and all 3 times had my boxes refunded. But that’s after extra time spent emailing back and forth and taking lots of photos for them, etc. just not good business practice.

@@jesseenixon I will say just today I got a 100% refund on a $160 men’s clothing box because it was pure garbage. They wanted me to send the whole thing back, but I would’ve had to travel because they only have FedEx labels, and I pushed the issue and offered to send them a video of the box and they ended up saying just properly recycle the items. Supposedly my refund will process today. I think you just have to be blunt into the point and not accept anything less than what you deserve from them. It’s unfortunate because not everyone has time to sit around and be emailing. To end on a positive, my three experiences I’ve had with them I always end up with a full refund. I’ll never order again though bc of the hassle.

I ordered one secondhand box from Helpsy just to try out the company. Never again. It was horrible. Not the kind of box what you see ppl unbox on their channels. No NWT items, super worn and disgusting pieces, 20+ year old jeans and sweaters.
No matter how much did I argue and pushed back their canned answears, they refused to refund me. I reported my issue to my credit card company and they got my money back. I understand they have good, nwt boxes but selling garbage as a curated secondhand box looks like a scam to me.

This is criminal. No one should think it ok that you got boots covered in concrete. Nor should anyone be ok with getting shoes that are completely damaged and unwearable. I'd be contacting them so quickly for my money back. Thank you for creating this video, though. I know it takes time. I will not be ordering from them, ever.

I also ordered 2 of those boxes. Had a whole in the toe of a pair of wilson sneakers. Also got Dr martens with strap tore at the seam. It is a shame because they looked brand new. I wonder if I could list them as DIY. They almost look like someone could cut the back strap off and wear as strapless sandals. I know I can't get much. Did not get anything real great. I'm still at the point of building my closet so every dollar helps. Thanks for all your great tips. Keep the strategy video's coming. They really help

Yours were much better than mine. It was like they boxed up someone's trash and sent it to me. Between that and the garbage they sent me in the plus size secondhand boxes, I'm done ordering their secondhand boxes. Even the NWT items are questionable. I took a chance on the OGL brand, and I would say 95% of what I got was XS & S sizes.

I thought about buying this box, but saw the reviews and decided not to. I did purchase 2 of the ready to list shoe boxes and have been doing well with those. The Thorogood boots are extremely expensive, great boot very sought-after! My husband loves them! I got a pair of Thorogood's in one of my ready to list shoe boxes. I think they might have been the display model in the store. I have them listed for $189.99, they are getting a ton of attention. I think come fall they will sell.

I ordered 2 boxes and one was okay but the second one was awful! A pair of hokas stunk so badly that it made my whole living room stink. I emailed them about that pair and one other pair and they offered a refund but never said it was store credit! I have no desire to shop on their site again. They were very vague about these boxes, almost to the point of being deceitful. I have made my money back and some profit for one box after selling 2 pairs, but I’m not motivated to list the other junk yet.
