quick question , as you are speaking right now is your voice coming through a monitor ? if so where is it connected to? you sound great and thank you for this information I'll subscribe . ...I'm new to this
Maaan i just got the quadcast discounted from target by 70 percent. I gotta give that some time before i get this. Shure has always been on my list but they haven't had a usb mic until now. I dont do the fancy pc stuff editing and all so straight from console streaming with usb is the way for me. Eventually ill try this. Buggest question is how different may or may not it sound through console without editing abilities.
How would this work in a gaming setup with friends on speakers? I'm slowly getting tired of using headsets, so I want to find a good microphone to pair with my speakers, so I can have fun with friends even if I use speakers over headset. Needless to say, it needs to be good at not picking up my surround sound, and primarily me.
@cobrarelates that's my mission to find a microphone that won't echo. It has to be directional towards me to not catch my speakers. (they are not perfectly placed)
How would this mix compare to the razer siren which is what I currently have. I mostly do movie reactions for my channel and curious which mic would fair best
@@TheGeekBox I bought the mv6 and tried it. Friends say that it’s good but that they think I sound better with blue yeti that’s it’s more crisp. Idk how to match that with mv6
Please answer me, i really wanna know.i wanna use mv6 to play beatbox or singing. So compete with them with mv7+.Is a lot of difference or just a little.(my English its not that good)
@@ITSSTEADY ha I did get the MV6 but so far I’ve noticed it to be a little bit clearer and there is way better noise suppression on the shure but overall it’s not a huge difference but it is not too bad
How much does the mic weigh. I can only find the weight of the whole package, but i wanna know if my arm is able to hold the mic(The arm is a bit cheap haha)

Great breakdown of the mic, man! Thanks for the info!
Glad it was helpful!
@@itstheBMACare you using this mic while recording too
@ I covered that in the video Yes, I am.
@ am using hyper x quad but the sound doesn’t look nice is this worth an upgrade to the Shure mic mv6
thank you for not saying "price point". THANK YOU!
I usually don’t focus on price since it’s usually relative. That’s for watching!
Thanks man, helped me decide if if I should make the change as my Blue Yeti isn't doing the job I need thanks to this nice echoing room lol
Glad I could help!
Great review! New subscriber! 🎉
Thank you! Happy to hear it and welcome to the channel!

I assume you would have to always have push to talk on or the microphone would pick up your speakers constantly and just echo

also I have DJ equipment can I connect this microphone through the computer with my mixer? my physical mixer ?
Could you compare the sound with mv7 plus, if they both are connected to usb? Is there any difference in a quality of sound?
im just thinking if i should get mv6 or mv7+
If you can swing it, I personally still prefer the MV7+.
So it acts as a USB sound card right? How's the latency on it? Does it have it's own ASIO drivers?
Can you use a boom arm and turn it different ways? For example the Shure sm7b is in a upside down position.
Yup! Sure can!
@@itstheBMAC is there any boom arms you recommend?
@@jonnypizzle4023 Shure makes one as well as Rode!
@@itstheBMAC awesome thanks

I'm not familiar with that mic so I can't compare them, unfortunately!
I have a blue yeti. Should I switch to this? Since the blue yeti cable is always 50/50
I prefer this over a Blue Yeti personally.
My Blue Yeti port just blew out on me beyond fixing...hence im here lol
@@TheGeekBox yeah if I move the mic slightly it just my pc doesn’t recognize it lol
@@Vosser yeah I had that for a few years. Did my head in. Not surprised it was the port that failed first lol

This hands down
I’m thinking the same thing lol

Can the audio jack act like a speaker? Meaning i link the MV6 to my PC but plug my speaker into mv6 Audio jack, does it work?.
Theoretically, the audio jack is an audio output source so you should be able to connect it to any receiving audio port.
@@itstheBMAC Thank you
Is it work with smartphone?
Yes.
Hi, what settings were you using in the MOTIV app or OBS? Just trying to get the best out of the MV6. Thanks!
😂 how is this a review? This is just an ad. An infomercial.
How is it NOT a review?
@itstheBMAC Gonna assume cause I heard zero negative comments and you have affiliated links that thats why
