You right, they are in the usual consensus, they are the "classics" they build something great, they build the metal, Slowly, they build him, look the career of Ronnie James Dio, at the begining he sing quiet songs, after jazz/rock, and a the end, Heaven and Hell, he changed years after years. They make him stronger and stronger. New artists, musicians are coming, increasing the metal. The olders, the news, they play metal, differents kinds of metal, but this remains the metal. I can feel the rage when i listen "I", I can feel the passion when i listen "poison", i can feel the sadness when i listen "See you on the other side". I can feel that feeling with the news and unknow artists too.

Halford is hands down the best Metal singer there ever was....He's a true Metal God....I'm proud to be a Priest fan of 36 years now....

Guess it would be a good thing to just rip some improvised stuff some time, but he's known for always doing the studio versions. Look at Kirk Hammett, failing on his easy pentatonic scale solos. Out of tune and sloppy every time. I think Glenn would be better off if he did a little more practise. He's getting old, you know =)
