:-) I think that if they ever replace Charles on our coinage it will most likely be with a non-politician Canadian that contributed to society. Much like the redesigned $10 bill.
I know a guy in Toronto bought a $1000 box of the coloured P.E.I. Loonies and he went through the entire box. He said almost 10% of the coins had colour defects on them. I got one where the blue sky is actually covering L.M. Montgomery. His the dark green trees are covering the red field in the center to the right. Will be neat to see if any of those become a recognized variant. I went to ask my local CIBC if they had any rolls for circulation and they looked at my sideways... They said they havent ordered coins in months at that branch. Kinda scarry.
