    Developed and published by Sega in 1990
    Another classic Sega arcade release that happens to be a collaboration with the King of Pop himself.
    In gameplay terms the concept is sound enough, but the isometric perspective makes it a lot harder to hit enemies than you might think.
    Added to the fact that many of the later enemies are total damage sponges, it ends up being far less enjoyable than I'd hoped.

    Even though this game is not groundbreaking, it holds a special place in my heart. My mom was one of those people that like video games as well, in fact most of my family. My mom was the one who told me about this game "It is so cool because you hear his music in the game!". We where grocery shopping and saw that Smith's (Kroger) had Moonwalker in the arcade in front of the store. "Hold on before we leave, you got to see this game." she told me. So we park the grocery cart and play a through the first level and she tells me "I wonder how the rest of the game looks." So we spend a ungodly amount of quarters until we beat Mr. Big. We did not care that are ice cream that we bought was melting.

      @@MohamedAbdallahCherif wrong, it was many botched decisions with Sega's upper management and regional squabbles. Nails were already in Sega's coffin during the life of the gensis and its vestigial bodies, IE. Sega CD and the 32x. Releasing the Saturn early in north America pissed off retailers, another nail in Sega's coffin. The dreamcast was Sega's last dich effort to stay afloat, unfortunately it did not have a DVD drive, nor decent security as people were pirating games during it's short lifetime of less than 2 years.

She talks about them in her autobiography Shockaholic how that, during a dental appointment before the allegations, Evan was saying weird stuff about how his own kid was 'good looking' which disgusted Carrie and she got a new dentist. the cinema release was canned because of distribution costs, they could bag more money going straight to video with fewer middle men - I did a research paper on it many years ago. Plus if you've seen it, its 40% music vids then drops into a 'feature' film. Definitely a good watch.

    Used to enjoy this in the arcades. You got to turn into a robot! Some of the themes have not exactly aged well.
    There was a Moonwalker film too, that was bonkers.

      @carn9507 3 года назад

      what themes? If you mean anything to do with kids then catch up with the rest of us. Those accusers all got proven in court as liars. Including the Leaving Neverland frauds in MULTIPLE failed lawsuits (they altered their stories each time it failed to get the millions of dollars they crave, before and after their 'documentary' so they have multiple contradictory timelines).

      @@carn9507 That "Documentary" was nothing but a joke. I'm like: Really HBO? Smh....

    At the time this game was created, I believe that creating isometric games was a little difficult, because you can see that sometimes some sprites are on top of others when they shouldn't be because of the complexity of the depth of isometric games that need 4 different ones depths than just 2
