It's about to get a lot better with this update and firmware update! I have the BenQ LK936ST.. absolutely beast of a projector. This is Le Golf National 👍 Ryder Cup course and this year's Olympic Games course.
Hey JL, thanks for another informative vid, I think my big bug bear with the game play is that delay in loading g the next hole in course mode, GSPro will always be my go too until they sort that out at least. Can I ask how far is your tee to the screen? I got about 10ft ball to screen but might try a little closer, my lob shots are hitting the ceiling before screen ( that would also be an area for Rapsodo to work on, high flop shots don’t pick up too well but am still super happy with the product. I couldn't agree more mate the delay is painful!! They have actually released a new beta so fingers crossed that has improved. We don't need an animation just do what GS Pro does and go to the next hole and flash up the score on screen. I have my 9 feet ball to screen 👍 but I do use the ceiling protection when I do flop shots.
@@JLagGOLF yeah I think I got to look into that, have pretty light duty padding on the ceiling and stuff under the artificial grass to soften the blow on the bounce a bit. Either way, I’m playing golf at will in my garage, not something I could have done 5-10 years ago so still well chuffed. Envious of your new set up mate, looks awesome. Keep those vids coming 👍👍
Yeah it's a massive step up.. The colours are better as well! They just have a few bugs to sort out. And I really would LOVE the option to toggle the swing vision off and just see impact vision after each shot.

Looking to get a good wifi only tablet. I dint use tablets except for this and to mirror to a big tv in occasion if I'm playing with buddies. What do I look for in a tablet tgat will allow highest graphic quality
That's a great question and unfortunately not one I have the answer to. I know one of my subscribers that is very knowledgeable about this kind of thing said the new iPad pro is an absolute beast and will hold up for years to come. My older iPad pro which does have an M1 chip in it I don't think is good enough to run max tbh.. too many frame rate drops. I'm not sure about the android side.
No unfortunately not they did just release another beta for us to test so hopefully they have fixed some of the issues 🤞. If they have then I'd say usually within a week.

They should get of their high horse with the massive subscription on this product, I stopped paying, it’s simply not worth the amount, I’d rather buy the mevo as a next step and own the features without having to pay for simple numbers, it’s like the bmw where they tried charging for heated seats.
Unfortunately subscription fees are coming with most launch monitors 😭 they are steep and annoying for consumers like us. But at least with the revenue flow the product is almost guaranteed to get continued support from the company. Look at this device for instance since launch it has improved dramatically.
@@JLagGOLF i totally understand the ecosystem, my worry with subscription is also that, all the features are gone if the Company flops, and tbh, seeing Some of your videos with Way better graphics, i still have to say even with the new graphic Update, its really not great

Bro M1 Ipad pro is not a capable device when it comes to graphics. You can check the GPU and CPU benchmarks of it on the internet. That chipset was the first generation Apple's trial chip-set. My phone which has Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and it would mop the floor with that iPad 😉 and I am sure it is more than capable of running this app. I am not an Apple guy anymore but those M4 iPads are overpowered immensely for these kind of situations even for the 2 year future.

@@JLagGOLF Apple upped their game after getting rid of intel on their devices by creating their own chips but their devices are never considered as gaming devices but power houses for cpu demanding tasks. Even for M4 it's the same situation . You could never get the same result as a laptop which has a dedicated top end gpu . You could actually do the tests yourself if I remember correctly you have a gaming laptop with 4070 inside. Just use 3dmark benchmark on them and see the results. If you wanna stick with Apple eco system don't hesitate to buy an M4 iPad Pro, it is a good investment even for the future. And I am telling this as an Apple Hater 🤣

You can add people and play a round! You do it in the course settings menu. It's local only though not online

My Rapsodo won’t update and it is stuck on the 3.8.20 how do you fix this it says it’s up to date but I still have all the old features?
