One of the few people I've seen connect with their audience. To answer your question, i'm not fine. I am 18 years old and planned on playing college football at a high level. I injured my shoulder and decided to not pursue football. With this injury came my inability to work out. I went from 215lbs and a lot of muscle at my biggest, to now 195 and just starting to get back in the gym after 7 months. I can't help but continue to compare myself to someone else, and it's worse when that someone else is my own pictures from 7 months ago. Gains that took me almost 2 years to achieve are all gone, i feel skinny. But it's people like you who inspire me to pick myself up and be disciplined enough to get it all back! Thanks brotha❤️

Been following you and Nick Bare since October 23' always loved weightlifting and powerlifting
I started running in October and weighed 248
I am 210 man ran my first half marathon a week ago finished it in 2 hours and 30 mins, to go from never running ever and hating cardio to loving it. Thank you man
    leanest I have ever been
strength took a little dive where I weight trained 3 days a week because running took over
I love these videos for little tid bits on where I can make improvements in my strength now balancing my new love for running
I want to add more speed bc my easy runs are 12-13 min/mile

Been doing good man. 5 mile run today, 20 mile bike ride, chest and shoulders now sitting here eating my dinner watching this video. Not gonna lie nathan I never used to run or ride till I started watching you and I just want to say thanks for inspiring me to be even better than I was trying to be before. Feels good to try and “hybrid” train. I don’t want to call myself that just yet but I’m working on it haha. Keep up the good work man it really motivates me brotha. Love the content.

been working out for over a year, finally hit a goal (how you look in the mirror) and of course fell off didn’t hit the gym for 2 weeks, broke the trend yesterday because I heard someone say it doesn’t matter if you didn’t do it all week it matters what you do today amen to discipline

Very helpful, I was falling hard into that mindset of not doing enough. Sleepless nights, over training, over working. And In the end I got burnt out. Wayyyy better now with balance

Hey Nick! Would you being in a deficit and continuing to lift/run end up with you having less energy(carb storage) for performance overall? Would that hinder your potential during a marathon prep?

Those eggs are just a fried egg in the UK… dippy eggs are soft boiled, top cut off, in an egg cup, with soldiers dipped in them (thin lengths of bread)🤣😎

My question is: How can you train like you do without overtraining? I have a Garmin 965. When I run 100 miles a month and work out 3 days a week (push day, leg day, and pull day), I crash at the end of the month. All my indicators on my Garmin are telling me I am strained, and my HRV is bottoming out. I have been using the daily suggested runs on my Garmin watch, so it's increasing my runs slowly. Now, I need to take a week off from training. This happens all the time. By the way, I am 57 years old. Can you give me some advice? Thank you..
