"cats probably think i got hundreds of thousands of records. it ain't even like that. I got GOOD records." He's so modest and humble. He can freak those records better than 97 percent of cats and thats the difference.
Hell no! can't believe this shit!!!!! he's buildin the sickest beat i've heard for a longer time within 5 fuckin' minutes!!! u damn king, keep it real man!
"Reunion" is a classic! Kinda-post Slum Village. Amazing beat and lyrics that capture a tragic moment almost accidentally. I should have known Black Milk did the beat.
This beat is so sick!! You know that feeling when you first fall in love with a girl? I felt like that with this beat. Wow, nice work milk.. Sick sample too
the good thing bout Black Milk is that, not only is he an amazing producer with skills compared to Dilla, but also has a very humble relaxed attitude. respect.
Depends on where you buy it. It can, but if you can find it for less, more power to you. Used is also a good option, assuming it's still in good condition.
Can anyone in the know tell me, where do producers get drum samples like this? They sound clean but like they've been made or run through analogue equipment, they already have a warm distortion to them. Are there some classic sample packs that producers like Black Milk would use? Thanks for any help.
in hiphop the kicks and snares are usually used at the same velocity. unless your using realtimedrms or a drum loop thes ofte no ghost notes. the hihats and cymbals used change velocty often.
I totally just recorded a loop of this beat and put it into an audio file, compressed the shiittt out of it, and put it into a 2 minute beat loop so i can listen to it on repeat. Someone better buy this beat so I can buy the CD.
@@Bigjuggs64 HOLY SHIT YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yeah i still use this account, youtube OG. I actually rapped over the loop that I made of this beat. pretty embarrassing, I will never share it. Since I made this post I... - toured the country with a crazy noise band - got sober, am now sober 14 years - taught piano for 5 years - got married - became a therapist - bought a house - had a kid have a pretty good life actually.
just use what brings out the best in your music. stop debating i cant stress that any further. if your good at what you use dont belittle another program that you might not comprehend or know how to use and if there is another producer that uses another program or another method of production dont say your method is better than his just give that man credit for making it sound good. show love dont hate and make good music. peace!!!!
i mean lets be real hes been making classic underground joints since 04 with slum and then did reunion in 05..one of there most recent classics.... he was already dope..now that he released his album hes doper ah hah
He used a sample. He took elements from the original recording and did his own sequencing and arranging. He created his own new piece of music by incorporating the sample.
Arguably one of the greatest beat making videos on RUclips
11 yrs and ha this still goes sooooo damn hard!!!!
Breon Daye I thought this was the hardest beat ever ! I cant tell you how many times I watched this video
Breon Daye Almost 12 now.

Popular Demand was incredible. Keep it up.
this is the first video that i have seen bad in the day when i was looking up beat makers
The sample is the Masqueraders - "baby it's you"
Black milk might be one of the most consistence producers right now with good beat making.
the good thing bout Black Milk is that, not only is he an amazing producer with skills compared to Dilla, but also has a very humble relaxed attitude. respect.

Is there a finished beat for this? and if so whats the name?
In hip hop, the term "remix" is used when an accapella is placed over a new instrumental. What Black Milk does is "sampling".
i used a mpc 2000 now i use FL 7.. and im planing on getting a MPC 3000, FL is just not cutting it for me.
