One of my mentors, Chalene Johnson, she says “You’ll believe whatever you tell yourself.” And that’s really helped me lately. “I’m not tired! I’m a machine!” Just stuff like that.
I’m trying to be more positive towards myself. Tell myself encouraging things. Telling myself I’m doing a good job at all my jobs. Loving myself is hard. I recently heard that self-discipline is the ultimate self-love because you’re trading what you want now for all your big dreams in the future. I’ve been working out, eating healthy, losing weight after having a baby in December.

i love how real you are and actually relatable. being a mom is crazy because i didn’t even realize i had post partum until my child was like one and i struggled so much with being present and not almost wishing i had the freedom i had before but now that she’s almost two it’s so easy for me but i feel so bad i wished away all the days when she was small. i love this time with her now though i wish i didn’t work full time and could spend all my days with her

This makes me so happy to hear Kristi! I relate with you so much, although you articulate it way better than I can lol AND living in gratitude has changed my quality of life as well, along with heart based meditation/breathwork.
I always thought I had some mood disorder and now I've learned I was just chronically negative, ungrateful, stressed and was having an insane amount of blood sugar swings. What you focus on expands, negativity does beget negativity..as cheesy as it sounds ☺
I just rarely ever wear makeup anymore because I feel like I don't have time with my 2 toddlers🥴🤪 BUT I love hearing your opinions and your chats about you and your life or just random things - so that's the main reason I watch your videos🫶🥰
I am in a similar stage of focusing on positivity in my life. I’m not a mom, but I am trying all the other things you said and hey … it works. I joined a monthly book club and was terrified to attend the first meeting. I am just awkward and introverted, but I loved it. Making those connections with like minded people and spending an hour with others is sooooo important. Yay for happiness 🎉

I’m so proud of all the work you’ve done and absolutely thrilled you’ve found such happiness. You’re glowing and it’s obvious that it’s coming from within as well as your outward beauty. I don’t know if you have one of these but one of the things that has helped me is a smart watch that my husband bought me for Christmas. It helps track your sleep, your steps, calories burned, heart rate, oxygen, stress level, etc. You can also program it to let you know when you receive text messages, phone calls, it can tell you the outdoor temperature, sunrise, sunset and of course the date. I love mine. Whether you know it or not, you’ve inspired me to get my mind and body healthy. Thank you. Keep up the great work! ❤

I think spring time in general is a very positive, hopeful time for everyone. We're seeing lots of fresh new plant growth everywhere, lot's more sunny days and temperature rising. I live in Scotland so it still feels like winter 🥶, but feeling a lot of inspiration knowing spring/summer is around the corner. ☀️

I started watching around when you had your son but I grew up through the OG make up days, I love how real you are going through life and your day when you’re cleaning I’m cleaning 😂 I loved that eyeliner video it was cool to get back to basics. I’ve also been practicing gratitude and less phone time and it’s amazing the difference it makes in your brain. I want my dopamine to come from my life not my phone. thank you so much for your insight, keep growing girly you’re doing amazing things ❤
