Hey Kristi saw one of your videos bout your baby having restless sleep at times. This may help. I had one child slept all night another didnt due to allergies to foods she took in sent her into hyper mode or caused gasiness on tummy. She was tested by pediatrician of possible allergies so anything on it I cut out. She couldn't have any red dye in foods or certain juices. Also switched her sound box with soft baby sleep instrumental music. And started giving her sippy cup of half water half sprit to help get rid of her tummy gas build up. Caused her alot pain. She stopped waking up at night and slept well after that. She stopped having pain or bouncing off walls. All babies are hyper but hers was nonstop from waking to passing out. Hope this helps. Gumm issues gave her cold cloth suck on helped her pain also.

I’m sure you’ve tried a lot for your cluster headaches and migraines. I get them too and have been dealing with them for 23+ years. The ONLY medication that has truly worked for me is Nurtec and I’ve been on it all.
I 100% recommend trying it if you haven’t!!

Continue to tell him the “I feel better” the bad sick is over. You’re doing such a great job.

I loved seeing how you balance mom jobs and your home jobs, if that makes any sense. As a parent myself, there are days where I feel like it's impossible to be able to do both *well*, but something about your energy and your attitude made it seem like an accomplishable goal, and that gave me some hope at being able to do better. 💙

I'm heavily into birding at the moment and instantly pulled out the Merlin app early in the vid out of curiosity - and Wilson's Warbler popped up! This was such a beaitiful video Kristi! Your boy is so sweat because hes being raised right, you guys are doing such a great job parenting! Sickness is no fun when youre a mom...especially because most likely you end up catching whatever your kids have! Just went through basically a month long of sickness with mine. I have 4 kids so it was brutal.

I’ve had a stomach bug for a week too. If that little one feels like I have I can sympathize with him. It’s been brutal. I’ve never had a stomach bug that lasted this long before.

How did your new doctor turn out?
Being a mom is hard, but I’ve related a lot to this video as a grandma who just started watching my 2,3 & 5 year old grandkids 40 hours a week. Whew I’m whipped out. They just left less than an hour ago and I’m ready for bed, but it’s only 7:20pm. Lol
Man I miss that stage. My kids were so much fun back then. Still fun just different now.
Speaking from my own experience with years of panic disorder and anxiety, it eventually improved SO much after I omitted caffeine. Don't underestimate the negative impact even one serving of full caffeine coffee can have🫨

im sorry, im not even 3 mins in and the way this child is so emotionally intelligent for his age is wild to me! I mean, granted i am childless by choice so i truly have no idea. lolol But the way he say im just cryin! tells me everything. I never felt okay enough to say something along the lines of 'sorry, im just cranky'. It took me SO long to get to that point. Kristi and Zack are such great parents! I'm pretty sure im older than Kristi (im 32) and i want her to be my mom!
