The Greek national anthem was written by Nikolaos Mantzaros, based on a poem by Dionysios Solomos. Known as the "Hymn to Liberty", the national anthem of Greece was written to honour the Greeks independence after centuries of Ottoman rule. This piano arrangement is majestic and powerful and would be perfect for anyone who wants to add a great national anthem to their repertoire. This arrangement is professionally tailored to upper intermediate and advanced level pianists.
