  • In this video we are showing you one of our favourite exercises to improve your round house kick or the so called Mawashi Geri in Japanese.
    This drill also helps you loosen up your hips which will of course improve your round house kick.
    Having flexible hips is very important for powerful and technically correct round house kick so we highly recommend you try this exercise and we are sure it will help you master your round house kick.
    Ideally you want to practise this exercise for powerful and effective round house kicks at least 3 times per week in order to improve your technique.
