Although Saengerfest was deemed also haunted and torn down (Circa 1875) in effort to lose the haunting when they rebuilt that hall. Cincinnati's Christmas Saengerfest's should be your first clue.. and this is where I depart from watching.. Thanks for the first part.. there is definitely activity in that rectory.
