Drum and bass saved my life. I have suffered from mental health issues for most of my life and no treatment has ever worked. I've tried everything the veterans hospital and everything the civilian hospitals have to offer and never found respite from the impending sense of Doom that mental health issues can cause.
Then I got into a ketamine treatment program and it changed my life. My first treatment was in a dark room listening to camo and crooked 2014 Rampage set and I have never felt better in my life. It really is a fantastic style of music and a fantastic scene.
The friends I met 25 years ago when I first discovered drama days are still some of my closest friends today and I get so much joy from the scene even being in far away Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA.

Drum and bass and the scene has taken me out of some of the darkest places in my life and will always completely switch up my mood for the best, soo much love for everything and everyone in the dnb scene 💚

I was at national level representing England under 17 girls tennis team v been abroad iv had it all an then just a week after my 15th birthday I was diagnosed with glandular-fever and and just like that my career was taken from me just like the trauma of being adopted as well when i was 18 months old rejection all my life and you lads at a rave you make me feel wanted ❤❤
More than anyone I get the connection with mental health and music. I am a suffer of PTSD ADHD and Emotional instability disorder and music by far is my best therapy and I am about to start a petition to get music therapy on the the NHS just like talking therapy is CBT therapy ...this is very close to me lads.....right now is not a good hour but big up seeing you lads tonight in bristol will be my release. ❤❤ Rip to Stormin and skibaa❤ il be shouting out to you 2 lads to. #dealwiththematter #bussitttt
