3 years later, I’m still waiting to see the final engine mods.
Final engine mods were not as involved as we had spec'd out at the start of this project. Truck received a Calibrated Power Solutions Stealth 64 Turbo and their Performance Tuning to go along with it. We know that our Exhaust Manifolds, Up Pipes, and Turbo Intake Horns for the L5P Duramax DO also cross to these L5D trucks as well as our 17-19 L5P Fabricated Coolant reservoirs as well. We may still do something in the future with an intake or intercooler piping as well but don't have an ETA for potential release on those items at this time.

tow rig ?! you bought the WRONG truck! the 3500 has MORE gcvwr than the 5500! you better check the weight ratings on that overgrown 2500! it's all fun and games until the D.O.T. pulls out the portable scales! you got a CDL son??

Turned out nice! Would you say 37" is biggest tire that will fit with that Kelderman suspension?

What would be a regular semi size tire if I don't want to get a custom order tire?
For this setup, it's not the tires that were custom, but the wheels which were supplied by a company who takes the standard 22.5 semi size and turns them down to a 20 in. diameter to allow for a greater number of light truck tire options to be fitted. For comparison's sake, the 37x12.50r20 setup that we're talking about running on our medium duty in this video comes out to about 3 in. shorter in overall height and 1 in. wider than a 295/75r22.5 semi truck tire.
