Enough Play, Time to Work! (2 New Shops in 1 Week)

- If I'm going to finish our enclosed trailer to camper conversion anytime soon, I need a dedicated space to work on it. I made a deal with my friend to share his warehouse. Unfortunately (and fortunately) I found a much better spot just days after setting up a whole new shop.
The (new) new shop is about 700 square feet with 2000 square feet of parking. It's insulated and air conditioned! I'm looking forward to finally having a space where I can finish this project without setting up and tearing down my tools each day.

I'm enjoying following your videos and watching as your plans evolve. In many ways, you are where my wife and I are though we are 20+ years older. We've reached our savings goals and are ready to transition to the "back half" plan of our life....more travel and pursuing activities while we still have the health to do it. But there is another big difference...our children are grown. Maybe I missed it, but what risks do you foresee in that you are a young family with very expensive years ahead of you?

Finally more videos and back working on the trailer.
wow shop space is expensive their I'm renting a 45x60 shop for $400 with 2 acres of parking in a really nice expensive area of town. 2 things I don't like about it though theirs no a.c. and heat and I'm worried about pissing the neighbors off because I live in a scratchy travel trailer that was given to me and I make a lot of noise working on vehicles and other projects not to mention the 13 cars and 4 trailers parked on the property.
That's a great price. In our area a shop that size would be about $1500-2000 month without the acres.
