What's Your Mind & Body Type? 3 Ayurvedic Doshas Explained

- Ayurvedic Medicine is the ancient Indian "science of life" that views the mind and body as one, and views every human as an extremely unique individual (meaning no two people need the exact same diet, lifestyle, etc).
There are three "doshas" (types of people) and while we each have all 3 within us, there's usually ONE specific dosha that describes your personality, physique, and tendencies best. Today I'll be providing a ton of information about each type so that you can figure out exactly which one fits YOU most accurately. I'll also talk about specific diet and lifestyle tips for each type so that you can tailor your routine to your needs. I find that knowing your unique "dosha" helps you to learn more about your own behavior and WHY you act or react in a certain way, or even why you are prone to certain health issues and symptoms.

Loved this video Olivia, thanks for making it! I learned I am so Vata and it's scary how accurate some of the things you said were! "Making a new recipe, learning how to sew, and doing a scrapbook" ... actual things that run through my head daily haha! And I LIVE for adult version of baby food. My question is im very kapha but i loveeeeee cheese and ice cream and sweets. I need flavor in my food. Should i limit these things or am i kapha and vitta
I am Vata physically as I have long legs and long fingers as well as a short torso and I am very thin and petite but I haven't been thin my whole life... I used to actually be kinda chubby as a kid so I am confused as to whether I am truly Vata. I also only resonate with some of the Vata behaviors/personality traits.... I think I might be Vata physically but Pitta mentally? Is that even possible? I have more of the Pitta mentality and have always had those characteristics so I don't think that is because of an imbalance as its just who I am... I also can't seem to figure out what my imbalance is! Haha this is bothering me more than it should... I think I might either have more Vata imbalance or a Pitta imbalance. So all in all I THINK I am Vata Pitta??? IDK

One spoon of coconut oil like mouthwash for 5-10minutes, spit, and rinse!
Grace Stone she has a blog post about it on her website! Basically you take coconut or sesame oil (I think she said sesame for Pitta imbalance and coconut for Kapha imbalance) and swish it in your mouth like mouthwash, but you need to do it for 15- 20 minutes before spitting it out
