Re-learn Reset TPMS Sensor on Chevy Cruze 2017-2019

- You need to get a reset tool and follow the steps in the video:
- Hold vehicle start WITHOUT stepping on break for about 10 seconds until it boots in maintenance mode.
- Scroll to Tire Pressure Monitor System and hold the checkmark on the steering wheel until rest starts.
- Hold reset tool near tire nozzle starting from Driver's tire then Passenger then Rear Passenger then Rear Driver.
- Car will beep with each successful rest then multi-beep when all are done.

For those that want to know all I needed is my car settings and that special program tool he used... My model unit model is the same however mine is red and is listed as
"System Relearn Tool - 2021 Upgraded Version" no extra equipment needed just your car and the relearn tool...
This worked... My car is the 2018 Cruize hatchback.

On my 2018 Chevy Cruze your way did not work. I held in the start/stop button but when it came up it was like a normal dash. So, on the right side of the steering wheel I used the arrow keys to get to where the tire pressure of all 4 tires show. Then I held down on the middle check mark until it asked if I wanted to reset the tires (or something like that). I hit "Yes" and the car horn beeped. I then went out and reset each tire according to the car light. When done the car beeped twice and I hit the start/stop button.

Your directional rear tires are mounted on the wrong sides....
If you have a brand new blank set of TPMS sensors, is the procedure the same, or only for re-arranging existing TPMS sensors?

My 19 Cruze has a key, so the push start system doesn't help me.
If yours is like my 2017 there should be a button on the outside of the light switch make sure it’s on the psi screen and hold it till it says relearn and press yes it beeps the same
@@elmaburgess5127 Thanks for the info. Here is the info I located on Google: To reset the tire pressure sensor on the Chevy Cruze is simple and takes a few minutes. What You're going to need to do first is purchase a TPMS relearn tool compatible with Your vehicle. Then, engage Your parking brake for safety precautions. Place the key in the ignition to the ON or RUN position. Now, press the lock and unlock buttons at the same time on Your key fob remote for 5 seconds until the horn beeps twice. You should now see a message with "Tire Learning Active."

Same. It would honk for the first 3 but wouldn't honk for the 4th. What's crazy is that the 4th tire (rear driver side) was showing tire pressure before I did this 🤦🏻

Average Joe if all fails just...Go to Discount Tire and pull into their tire check lane and they will get you hooked up.

I know this is older but what about the twist to start 17 model? Do i just keep it twisted till it give me the service screen?
