    I'm glad it was an easy fix. That said, i find it annoying that cars these days have so many unnecessary electronic features, though :)

      Yes, it wasn’t that bad. I really would prefer a simpler car, I’m seeing a lot to go wrong in this one.

    Thanks for the help. I did one today and struggled a bit to get the old sensor out and new one in but ultimately did so using my jack to break the bead and collapse the sidewall. The bead sealed right away which I was concerned about. Glad I got the relearn tool and a valve installation bar. Need to do the other 3 once they go bad.

    Great video. That tool is very handy too. When they rotate my tires they don't reset the system. I have them rotate my tires because I get free rotation for the life of my tires.

    Hey Luke, was looking at those air pressure sensors on Amazon and noticed they say not to try this replacement and relearn if you dont have a proper scan tool that can "talk to it" to wake them up, does that relearn tool take the place of the scan tool? Thanks for any info

  • @Infinion
    @Infinion 3 месяца назад

    14:23 I don't think it's due to TPMS measurement error. Your tire pressure pump is monitoring the upstream pressure. It will get to 36 PSI, while the downstream pressure will be 35psi just because of the pressure drop caused from line length and airflow.
    If you can set pressures, add 1psi to account for the drop.
