This is disgusting. I’m not against Pope Francis, but why are there so many unnecessary people there taking pictures. It ruins the moment. What could have been an even better moment was ruined once again by media.

When judging historical evidence to find out what really happened, the most compelling evidence is physical evidence as that can be checked and confirmed with a much smaller margin of error compared to documents. We have multiple *physical* death camps that can show that people were killed in droves. I have no idea how any sort of "revisionist material" could in any way negate that fact.

The amount of respect I got from this man after seeing him in Auschwitz. He was completely silent and greeting people with respect and kindness. I may not believe what he believes, but this is a true legend.

You can just feel the tension and the sadness in this video. My heart aches for the lives lost in the Holocaust. It breaks me in a way, even though I'm not Jewish. I am Christian, though, and I do believe in God. Prayer goes out to the families with loved ones who died in the Holocaust, died after, or are still surviving with trauma from World War II.
Back before cameras, this following and disturbing of the moment was still a thing. Instead of the clicking of cameras, it’s the frantic scribbling of journalists, writers, or documenters. What’s going on here is to document. And camera’s happen to be the best way to document in our age. So keep that in mind before raging about their inclusion.

Don't single out one religion Catholic Popes - they are human beings and make mistakes. I must admit things that have happened and I know because of past experience in parochial school but I don't criticize my faith only those that are not worthy to be considered. However not everyone is the same.
