well i am a judd trump fan, i got a lil disappointed when neil won the 18th frame but still i appreciate the quality and standard of the match both players produced,,,neil played out of his skin and at the end deserved his victory.I am so happy to witness this match live.

Best match I think personally was the 2018 World Championship, Williams exhibition shots, eating punters chocolate cause he’s hungover and finally Higgins fighting back with ridiculous pressure one visits about 4 times. Close second has to be the 2006 masters final O’Sullivan and Higgins.

When they were having a break I asked Joe Perry for his autograph...he sneered at me and said"i dont think so son!!" I asked Neil who said "sure no problem" As I was getting it I turned to Joe and said" That's why hes a champion, and you never will be!!" To Joe's, and Neil's credit they started laughing hard...Joe actually bought me a pint after...Neil is the greatest long potter in the game...if he gets his head straight he can beat anyone.. SittingMold 24 To be honest, his mentality isn't there anymore to win the World Championship. He hasn't won it since 2013, should have won in 2014 but since then he hasn't even been to one table setup. I wouldn't mind him winning though, just don't think he's up for it anymore.

What did we do before Cesar Muroya's unique RUclips videos? The editing is 'artless' -- you watch it and think, 'Heck, I could edit that well.' Oh no you can't. (I spent 22 years in television news editing and this is as good as it gets.) What a joy to savor -- not least for the introductions: "Without a doubt the best match of the year: frame steals from both sides, good tactical play, re-spotted black, turnarounds, funny moments, close score, brave shots." Oh yes and quotes I'd not heard before from my favorite snooker commentator/analyst of the past 50 years, Clive Everton: "In the modern game, so much of it depends on pure potting ability, particularly from a distance."
Great to see Neil winning and getting recognition for Australia again. He played so well i thought he purposely played that weaker safety in the tie breaker to draw Judd into going for it and giving himself a good chance. In the previous frame however his safety was poor, allowing Judd to pot the last 3 balls. Looked to me like he could have played the cross double, which i would have, but he must've been afraid of the double kiss.
Frame 18 in specific was too good. I would rank this match along with Ronnie's QF against Kyren Wilson in Shanghai Masters to be the two best matches of 2019. That would be fractional better in my list because it involved Ronnie :)
What a performance by Robertson! I think I was more nervous than he was. Both players have the champion’s mindset. It’s a wonderful thing to see.
