Warning: SERIOUSLY DO NOT TRY THIS UNLESS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE BACKFLIPING ON TRAMPOLINE/INTO A POOL/ON GROUND. While it isn't the hardest trick people get scared and don't commit, which as mentioned in the video never ends well. Think for a sec if potentially impressing your friends is worth a potential broken bone. Not trying to kill the fun but these tricks are seriously a lot harder than they look on videos and it's easy to get overconfident and get hurt. Stay safe out there and stomp some sick tricks! :)
Hahaha your so right I’ve skied park for a little bit now I’ve never done a backflip in general and we made a backyard setup I just sent it landed on my head now I have a concussion and I’m sore everywhere turned out not that bad but I would 100% recommend learning to backflip before you send a backflip
🤦♂️🧢. If your confident enough and just send it majority of people can do this. Only problem is people get scared. Even if you have never done a flip anywhere it’s a lot easier to learn on skis and then on land
When I backflip on a trampoline, I pretend a string is pulling me up at the center of my chest. This visual keeps me from whipping my head back to start the rotation. The rotation really begins with the arm movement and then pushing your hips open like you describe. Whipping your head back is a no-no. and a great way to only partially commit when you discover the rest of your body isn’t following.
