I don't want to be negative but the alps suffer really from the climate change so less and less pow is expected when waiting for the next seasons, so yeah I hope you get pow but it's not really sure that you will have pow!

Yeah, jumping very long would let you do a lot of tricks. Im sure they could find a feature that is nice with a large steep dropoff afterwards so that they can get loads of airtime and a lot of distance.

I saw a jump once that looked pretty painful because of how it was built(It was a jump on the side of trail that way before a roller) and I guess it was a longer jump because it dipped down and then slightly angled up with a u shape at the end.

Been there. Done that. It feels like flying. 2001 mountain high California our comp was postponed due to heavy snow storms. They converted our triple air to one giant table top for a big air comp with a table top. Most of us cleared the landing for 100+. Most incredible feeling. If you haven’t tried it get out there and find some fresh powder to do it in-at least if you crash it feels like a cloud in heaven
