@@CoachTrifes this next season might be the time to go for this, got 3s 5s and frontflips... Always coming back to these tutorials as goals tho every season 🙏
I was thinking maybe to try frontflips, but rn i can only try them on park jumps. Is flat 3 or frontflip easier if you have backys down? Also how hard really is to fully rotate a frontflip and not fuck up your shins or back?@@CoachTrifes
Yo if i have a backflip down perfectly on tramp and can do dubs, also have the backy down with 5kg weights on each foot, i should have 0 problems doing it on snow right? I can do cork 7s, misties, flatspins and rodeos too. How well will it translate to snow when doing all those tricks on the trampoline with 5kg on each foot (exactly my ski+boots weight)?
Try it on a soft snow landing (windlips powder) or slush in spring and you’ll be fine ! The key difference with skis on is to push the feet out in front of you as opposed to on trampolines ! But I’m sure you’ll land it first try with that experience
i've did lots of backflips on tramps/ground like 5 years ago, but have grown a lot since then and now it's scary again. Should i just build a nice ramp in powdered snow and just send it? or should i find myself a tramp?
if a tramp is somehwere close by that surely helps you get an extra confidence boost, but i'm sure you still got this buddy ! A nice windlip or mini jump into powder always works for the first tries :)
@@CoachTrifes I think I just learned it incorrectly. So I flip no problems but it looks like crap and I need to be careful not to overrotate. I can fix it by grabbing so maybe just have to train that on the trampolines more.
i can do a standing backflip on ground and land it decent, but im scared to do a backflip on skis. btw im going skiing tmrw and gonna try one, thx for the tutorial.
find soft powder and go try it there ! risk is super low though. this a trick that plays with your head on the first try. once you see how "natural" it happens you'll be doing backflips all day
Still learning how to 360 but these videos are awesome... hope to be doing these tricks some day!
keep grinding :)

@@sharpieeater youre ready !!
Stomped a few backies today thanks to you 🥰
Underrated content bro keep it up very helpful
thanks bro ! imma try my best
I've done a few but i want to do a good layout, great tutorial
Tramp, airbag, lay it down. Great tutorial on a classic 👌
thanks man ! I hope it was able to make justice for the classic backy
This legit helped me land my first backie
So stoked to try these at the Skyline Park this year. Greetz from Innsbruck ;)
see you then !
did u ever do one? if so how’d it go
Still waiting for a bit of pow and a hopefully softer landing for the first try haha
Hey after a backy what overhead tricks do u think i should learn next? Like what could be my progression?
if you can spin to 540 or even 720s straight a cork 7 is very close to it, respectively cork 540 !
or even simplier the flatspin 360
thank you, i think ill try a flatspin and cork 3 when the snow comes!@@CoachTrifes
@@lamesamebame8476 good luck mate !

i have a feeling your channel is about to grow big
ha ! that would be nice haha but i do it for the community !

just keep visualizing how you used to do it and you got this for sure !
I can do backflips but still struggling with pushing my hips forward both on skis and trampoline. Any tips how to work on that ?
hey man ! why exactly do you struggle ? menatlly or is it a mobility issue of your hips ?

Cork 720 tutorial 🙏
there is one on my channel :)
The toughest part for me would be not tucking my chin in. As a gymnast, I was taught to do that so I'll have to break the habit while on my skis
the gymnast backflip would work on skis too, just looks...well too gymnast :D
yo have u hit it yet on skis?
Any tips on keeping eyes open? I have taken some gnarly hits trying backies because i cannot keep my eyes open😂
How much harder is it with racing skis?
for the trick itself it doesnt change anything. maybe landing can be a bit different, because racing skis have very short tails.
i can do a standing backflip on ground and land it decent, but im scared to do a backflip on skis. btw im going skiing tmrw and gonna try one, thx for the tutorial.
Well?
How did it go mate??
Rip
i can do back flip on ground and trampoline but i scared it on skis. so thanks. that helps!
good luck buddy ! you got it

@@einokleemola2110 Dude on ground is so much harder, if you haven't yet you got it
Im on my different account but i did it finally!
1:11 like the chronics
Nice Video! Leider haben wir kein Schnee mehr
oh schade ! Vllt. kommt ja noch was :) ! Ansonsten schon mal im kopf üben :D
I can perfectly backflip on the tramp but i have such a mental block on skis can anyone help?

I just learned frontflips, and plan on doing this soon. I'm just rly scared, because I have broken my collarbone on it before
find some soft snow !! That'll help for sure !
@@CoachTrifes Update, have learned it and also flat 3s
In my opinion, learn it on tramp and just send it off a steep jump into some Powder!
thats an option :)
I can do a double backflip on a trampoline but I’m scared to do it on skis bc I think my skis will slow me down
you wont feel much off a difference. :)
try getting tramp skis and learn it like that and then do it on an airbag
I see how i could do it but just the fact that i know if i dont do it right ill be injured for the ski season is so scary
