Thank you Aidan ! Just thought its best to show the most crucial parts really intensively - as you said - so you can get a good look at what I’m talking about. :)
This is my favorite trick. Such a sick feeling. I learned these by watching Simon Dumont. Probably watched the joss edit where he starts off in the church 200 times until I could see it in my sleep.
The wall metaphor is so helpful when explaining this trick. "Pretend you are trying to put your skis flat on a vertical wall at 180° when you're facing the jump."
thanks man ! Hope you can land it ! Make sure you subscribe to stay up to date with next videos :) you got any dream trick you want to learn ? let me know
@@CoachTrifes Yeah, subbed! Right now my dream tricks are cork 3, cork 5, cork 7 and backflip (for the boys haha). On rails K-fed, 450s out and some pretzel variations would be nice. Excited to see more of your vids, keep em coming!
@@leevit566 cork 7 with a blunt grab is already out on here :) ill definitely do backflip for obvious reasons hehe and some jib tricks are coming up soon too ! make sure to let ya boys know a new coach is in town here :)
How long do you think it would take to learn a cork? I used to ski a lot, i didn't do anything crazy but i could land a 720 but i got injured. I want to get back into skiing and the cork has always been one of my favorite tricks.
@@GSNOW it can be - you'll be more compact which results in you possibly spinning faster then wanted. you'd can control your spin speed with opening or closing your legs - so keep this in mind and adjust mid air as you need it.
there is a part at the end of the video where i talk about. usually when something is playing out right - you did not pop strong enough off the take off
Love when you play the videos in reverse a bunch, that way u can really get a good look at the skiers body positioning👍🏼👍🏼. Awesome video my guy

Your tutorials are the best

i tried , they didn't really catch traffic
I need to learn just a carving 3
@@IsaacGolden-p7v I’ll think about how to wrap carving into tricks into a tutorial ✌🏽
I have never had issues staying calm in the air on flips but always flail a little when doing a quark 3 any ideas on how to fix this?
Please do sw cork 5
Hey Dylan ! This is going to be the next upload ! already in the making
That’s mayerhofen

Literally 1 day or 2 with me as a coach 😃. Easiest and fastest way is to learn them in the tramp and then take them to snow
do a rodeo 9 tutorial
noted !
@@CoachTrifes it’d be sick if you could break it down into a rodeo 5 and then the 9 or something cuz I’m tryna learn that too lol
@@supremeleadervlogs6910 it will be probably a rodeo 5 video and rodeo 9 video. Theres quite the difference between both of them. :) stay tuned
flat / rodeo is up ;)
do you have to open your feet to cork out at 360?
hey ! No you dont have to !
@@CoachTrifes is it harder to do it with skis together?

What if I'm landing back seated?
