ive known 4 people that had there shops burn down from lithium batteries on chargers that catch fire. always put battery chargers inside steel shop cabinets. never leave batteries on tools as well.
Save what you can from the Husqvarna. Try to take off the vin plate from the frame or cut the part of frame that has the vin stamped into it. Could make something with to remember the bike.
Wow man , I'm speechless , I clicked on a video real quick about some burnt up dirt bikes and ended up with tears in my eyes because of a family that just lost everything , prayers for your entire family and neighbors ... I'm glad no one was hurt ... You guys will bounce back , but , there is a lot to learn from your tragedy... Just know that people you don't even know from Lake of the Ozarks Missouri are thinking about and praying for you guys ....

Hey man, I wish you the best of luck. I'm a Construction manager for Servpro in pa. I come across these loses 30 times, if not more, a year. it's heartbreaking for the families, but I assure you your home will feel like home again eventually. reconstruction of fires can be long and stressful but the best thing for you to do is whoever is doing your reconstruction, let them handle the stress and headaches, and try to just stay relaxed. Hoping for a fast recovery of your home and contents and your family.
Glad you shared Clint it's something any one of us could have happen to us and I am glad to hear it was pretty much determined the fire started from a fire work and not something you would have been responsible for. Most of all I am thankful you and your family and your pets are ok. Super bummed to hear this. In addition to "have good insurance", make sure you have insurance on the cost of replacement. Keep up to date with market increases as well. Ask about things in your garage, bikes, tools, etc. Go over things well with your company. When we relocated areas I made sure to have renters insurance for the place we rented for a year or so before we bought at again. Thanks for the tip on ALE.

I feel your pain bro I went through 2 house fires as a kid pretty much lost everything both times but each time the house was built back better and nicer but it didn't replace the memories and irreplaceable items
.. Aaaah, maaaan,.. I feel your pain, buddy,.. I had a catastrophic fire that burnt my machine workshop to the ground in September here in Wimbledon, SW London,.. I lost a lifetime's collection of machinery, including three lathes, a milling machine, pillar drill, tig welder and untold bike parts and valuables,.. My Suzuki RG500's frame melted which was outside the workshop, along with melting the plastics on my 2001 CR250 and fortunately, it only singed the seat of m '87 KX500 which was halfway up the garden. The fire came up my neighbours fence, ( five 6x6' panels ) and also destroyed six custom longboards worth 5k ,.. Forty firefighters attended and the road was evacuated, and Wimbledon train station was closed as I had oxyacetylene cylinders in the workshop that were in danger of exploding !!!!... At least no one was injured in both out stories ,..The best defence is a stoical robust sense of humour, mate,.. Keep your pecker-up, amigo,.. Dan,.. Wimbledon,.. England.
