1. Clean the floor surface and the bottom of the mat from debris
2. Flip your mat over so bottom is up
3. Roll out your carpet tape sticky side down on one side of the mat
4. Place the cutting board under the tape and cut the tape with a utility knife
5. Repeat on each side of the mat so all for sides have tape
6. Walk on-top of the tape to adhere it to the rug well
7. Peel back the paper side of the tape on all four sides
8. Place the mat exactly where you want it and walk on top of the mat around the perimeter to adhere the mat to the floor
